Which are the best methods to find and cultivate your body-mind-spirit balance?

I will answer to this question for you. I am the  Artist and founder of Medilludesign but I am  as well an experienced Engineer  who know well what’s meaning to live with a chattering mind in a caotic society. I founded Medilludesign with the intention to spread positive energy and information through visual art and to support individuals in the research for a suitable path for their body mind spirit balance. Then what I will list following are methods that I have personally experienced and that I still practice regularly.

Medilludesign reccomended  practices:

  1. Meditation & Yoga.  Whether you are looking for a stress management methods or for a deeper contact with yourself the meditation practice it is a very good choice. There are several kind of meditation; you just need to understand which is better for you. Guided meditation are a possible option as well as doing it by yourself. In this last case, you will need a silent place and a mantra to repeat for 20 minutes. You can use known mantras or create your own.  If you tend to forget your body, The yoga practice is perfect to help you to reconnect  with it.

  2. Art therapy. Did you know that the coloring activity can be used as a practice of mindfulness? while coloring in fact we can overcome our personality and establish a contact with our wise self. It's a kind of meditation.

  3. Repeating positive affirmations. This process, causes the subconscious mind  to strive and to work on your behalf, to       make the positive statement come true.  Scientist & spiritual master raccomend a period of 21-30 days. That’s the time     needed from our subconscious to assimilate the new info we are consciously giving to it. To empower this practice try to feel gratitude while repeting the chosen affirmation.  In this way you will align your mind to your heart.

With Medilludesign I had the idea to unify these last two mindfulness practices. How? Creating art therapy illustration with positive affirmations. That is giving even more power to your affirmation. While coloring, the subconscious will have time to assimilate the information you are giving to it. Remember! Before to start the practice, take some time for yourself, and start to color in an quiet environment. If you succeed, try to feel gratitude while coloring. If you do not succeed, do not force it, feel you confident that it will come with the practice.

 If coloring is not for you, you can always prints these affirmations and keep as memo card for your daily affirmation practice.

Yoga & meditation Teachers would probably enjoy offering this affirmations card to their students at the end of their lessons.

Spiritual traditions and sciamans affirms that ones you have chosen to follow your spiritual path, it helps surround yourself with objects, which remind you the choice you made.  You can create an environment in your own house, which resonate, with your higher vibrations. That's why I have chosen to print Medilludesign art as well on daily routine objects.
